Labneh
Labneh is a cheese that is made in different ways with very different consistencies across the Middle East. Whilst it is most common for labneh to be made from yoghurt, our labneh is made from a soft cheese curd that has been hung, turned and salted across a four day period. The flavour that is created is complex, nutty and densely creamy. It is marinated in an olive oil blend for preservation and enjoyment - 300g jars available.
