We make Brie in the traditional way, it is rich and creamy with abundant flavour. Brie is made as a large wheel of cheese, weighing more than 1kg and then we cut them into 6 generous piece for your pleasure. Due to the artisan way we make this cheese we expect it to mature in 5-7 weeks and sell it at the point of maximum flavour and optimal texture ensuing you enjoy the cheese when it is ready. Our Brie is often stronger than our Camembert which is sold at around four weeks old and is milder in aroma and flavour.
